Payment Terms: The
following payment methods are accepted.
Credit Card - Visa, MasterCard,
American Express and Discover.
No COD's.
Policies:
Customers - We sell direct to
all size businesses, government entities, and to the general
public. Resale and distribution situations are considered on a case-by-case
basis (please submit your inquiry using out contact form at http://www.repairorderracks.com/store/contact_us.php).
Our Rights to Sell - We reserve the
right to refuse a sale to any customer for any reason. We reserve the right to
cancel any customer's order for any reason. In either case, the customer will be
notified and if charged, will receive appropriate credit.
Sales Tax - Charged to customers
within Georgia.
Invoicing - Invoices are emailed to
you after your items have shipped.
Pricing - Prices are subject to
change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors or
omissions in pricing. "Call for Price" item charges will be added after checkout
with your approval.
Art and Plate Charges - Custom
imprint items will have a setup or plate charge added.
Custom Order Charges - All new orders
involving art work work will require a prepaid $25 art charge which will be
applied to the final order. One revision will be allowed without further charge.
If the order is not finalized by the customer within 15 business days, the
prepaid $25 art charge will not be refunded. When the order is placed, following
customer approval of art work, a minimum 50% deposit is required.
Privacy - We do not sell or share any
information you provide to us with any third parties who are not involved in
processing your order, or maintaining your account and order history. From time
to time we may send you mail or email with information about new products,
specials, or changes within our company. If you prefer not to be contacted,
please let us know.
