Shipping:
- Most orders are shipped by UPS or FedEx. Some
large orders will ship by truck or some other appropriate carrier.
- Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes. Your
physical address is required.
- Most credit card orders ship within 1-5 business
days.
- Shipping charges are based on item
weight(s) and shipping destination (zip code), and UPS rates. Adjustments may
have to be made in shipping charges after order is placed. Large orders,
multiple packages, or orders that include heavy or oversized items may require
additional shipping charges. You will be notified of these charges before your
order ships.
- No orders shipped outside the
US.
Return Information:
- Products may be returned to us for a refund
of your purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee when you notify us within 30
days of receiving your order. We do not accept returns beyond this 30-day
period.
- All merchandise returned to RO Pro will be
inspected by our returns department upon receipt.
- Customer must pay shipping back to designated
location for returned items.
- Customer must call prior to returning
any item for a return authorization number.
- Items must be unopened, in new condition, and
returned in original shipping containers.
- No returns accepted on custom or personalized
items after customer approval of art work or design.
Defective or Damaged
Returns:
- Defective or damaged returns will be accepted
for refund within 30 days from the shipment date. No refunds or credit will be
granted after 30 days.
- All merchandise returned to RO Pro will be
inspected by our returns department upon receipt. Concealed damage must be
documented with the shipper and will be handled according to the policy
below.
- Any return found to be non-defective, once
our returns department has inspected it, is subject to a restocking
fee of 15%. All non-product-related fees (such as, but not limited to,
shipping and handling fees) are not refundable.
- All return policies above must be
followed.
Concealed Damage Policy:
- Merchandise purchased from RO Pro should be
inspected upon receipt by customer. If any packaging or
product appears to be damaged in any way, customer should instruct
delivery driver to make notation and should mark any damages. Please
contact us immediately if the actual product appears to be damaged from
shipping. If packages are opened later and damage is
found without driver making notation, this is considered concealed
damage. Shipping companies do not always cover full refunds on concealed
damage items.
